This site is a place for the survivors of sexual abuse perpetuated by Swami Satchidananda, and for those who believe the survivors and care about the situation, to have a voice, to educate the public about what has happened at Satchidananda Ashram – Yogaville, and other locations operated by the Integral Yoga (IY) organization. Swami Satchidananda founded the IY organization and lived in the United States from 1966-2002. He was also well-known as the “Woodstock Guru” because he delivered the opening address for the Woodstock music festival in August 1969.
